The Yellow Box Gallery will be presenting the work of Gloria Savoie from October  22 through to November.

The exhibition entitled “Did You Ever Wonder” offers a visual exploration and introduction to the early history of the Bahá’í Faith.  It  features a series of works that depict the cultural life and times of the founder of the Bahá’í Faith, Siyyid ‘Alí-Muhammad, or as he is better known the Báb (meaning “the Gate” in Arabic).

Gloria Savoie, who attended St. Thomas University, has incorporated relief carving and wood burning techniques in her work.

The art works in the exhibition are also featured in the text Did You Ever Wonder… A Story About The Báb As A Child, co-authored with Dr. Will C. van den Hoonaard and published by White Mountain Publications of Cobalt Ontario.
