We have all heard that exercise is good for us, but is it really true? Is there benefit in becoming physically active for the first time as an older adult? Is it safe? Is a gym membership required? 

The Third Age is pleased to present a third session in this popular series with Alina Cress, Program Coordinator, UNB Recreational Service. Be part of the discussion around physical activity and the role exercise plays in the overall wellness of an older adult.
