Admissions
St. Thomas University's Admissions Office is the first point of contact for all
prospective students, both domestic and international. By maintaining
communication from the point of inquiry to the point of registration,
Admissions staff work to ensure a smooth transition to university.
During its yearly cycle, the St. Thomas Admissions unit develops and executes
an extensive recruitment campaign, reviews applications for admission, awards
entrance scholarships and manages the entrance scholarship programme, maintains
applicant records on the student information system, coordinates the campus
tour programme, responds to all inquiries from prospective students, monitors
policies that affect enrolment, serves as a liaison with high schools, and
works to promote St. Thomas University to the public.
Admissions staff work as a team whose collective goal is to facilitate the
process of university selection for prospective students of all ages, their
parents and families, high school guidance counsellors, and any others who
express an interest in St. Thomas University.
