The keyboard is typing the wrong symbols, how do I fix it?
How do I switch the keyboard language from French to English?
Hit Ctrl+Shift to change the keyboard from French to English and vice-versa.
I lost my USB stick at the computer lab where can I go to see if it was found?
All lost and found items at the computer lab are collected by the lab assistant. If you lose anything at the computer lab please inquire to the lab assistant.
My personal laptop is not working, where can I go to get it fixed?
Unfortunately the ITS department at St. Thomas University does not service personal laptops. If you are having an problem with your personal laptop you can bring your laptop to a local computer repair center.

I’m going to be a new student in the fall and I am having trouble registering for courses, who do I contact?
