Faculty/Staff Computer Login
To login to a computer on campus, you need to have your Novell username and password. If you don't know your username and password, please contact IT Services at 454-0625 and we will make sure that Human Resources has provided you with sufficient information to log in.
If you've logged in before, but have forgotten your password, then you can contact IT Services at 452-0625 and we will be able to provide you with a new password.
- Your Novell username and password will log you in to any computers on campus.
- You can connect to our wireless networks. STU-Secure is our most secure network
STU-Wireless is an un-secure network for quick access
STU@HIL wireless network when at the HIL library
- You can sign into Moodle.
- You can login to the computers at the Harriet Irving Library, access the HIL website off-campus with this information, and review your account information at the library.
Note: Your Novell account, your Web Advisor account and your STU e-mail account are all different accounts. Your user name will be the same for all three and the initial password (your PIN) will be the same for all three. If you would like to set the same password for all three, you may do so. If you make a change to one password, however, it will not automatically change the passwords for the other two accounts.
*If you are working on a St. Thomas laptop, you must click computer only login then you will be asked to log into windows. Make sure the windows user name is set to user and then enter your password if you have one set (it might be your Novell password).
