Located on the second floor of George Martin Hall, the Chapel offers a supportive presence to all members of both St Thomas University and University of New Brunswick communities. We also welcome local and international students, as well as those who pass through Fredericton on their spiritual and academic journeys.

Liturgical celebrations are held in the St. Thomas University Chapel, including Sunday and weekday masses, ecumenical prayer and interfaith dialogue. Students are encouraged to participate by sharing their gifts as lectors or readers, servers, musicians and cantors, hospitality, and environmental art. Other prayer forms are supported from private reflection to devotional expressions. Marriage preparation, baptisms, reconciliation, and faith inquiry are also offered by our Chaplaincy Team.

Our office is next to the Chapel in Room 203 and is open Monday to Friday for informal drop-in visits, a listening space, advice or pastoral counselling. We also try to be present at cultural and sporting events and in the cafeterias. Drop by and say ‘Hello!’
