Pilates & Yoga With Zsuzsa - June 11-July 11

Pilates

Tuesday: 11:20am - 12:20pm

Hatha Yoga

Thursday: 11:20am - 12:20pm

Register at the O’Keefe Centre Front Desk anytime before class. All skill levels are welcome. Best classes for stress relief, great for improving your balance, core strength, and increasing your range of motion.

Fees
• Public: $50.00 per course
• Students: $45.00 per course
•Additional discount for taking both courses
• An option to pre-register for less than 5 weeks or to take drop in classes (inquire when registering)

Creative Dance for Children With Zsuzsa - April 13 - May 23 (No class on May 18)

Encourage the children’s natural exploration of expressive movement to develop coordination, balance, body awareness and musicality in a playful setting while providing learning and a sense of accomplishment. Classes incorporate elements of ballet, yoga, and improvisation. Boys and girls welcome.

Saturday:

• 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM Parents and Tots (3 - 4 years old with parent attending)
• 10:10 AM – 10:50 AM Pre Ballet (4+ - 5 years old)
• 11:00 AM – 11:50 AM Ballet/ Modern Basics I (6 - 8 years old)
• 12:00 AM – 12:50 PM Ballet/ Modern Basics II (8 - 10 years old)

Fees
• $50.00 (Sibling discount available. Inquire when registering)
Space is limited.

Other Fitness Class Offerings

 

Circuit Class - Monday 12:30-1:30 PM

 

Work at your own fitness level in this fun class to achieve you fitness goal. This class focuses on cardio and strength. Each station is a 40 sec interval where you are in control of how hard you work. Sabina will encourage and guide you, but in this class you get out of it, what you put into it!

 

Boot Camp - Tuesday 12:30-1:30 PM

 

Test your endurance and stamina in this high energy class. Sabina will keep you moving from beginning to end with fun cardio moves and great music. This is a cardio circuit with a strength component between each cardio portion and a core component at the end. Exercises are modified for every fitness level. This class is designed to increase endurance, strength, and burn a lot of calories.

 

Body Sculpt - Thursday 12:30-1:30 PM

 

For all fitness levels, this class is designed to tone your body and speed up metabolism by increasing muscle strength. Sabina uses weights, body bars and bands to work every major muscle group to help you achieve a stronger, leaner healthier you!
