Join these courses to improve your core strength, flexibility and balance. Discover mindful conditioning that is fun and great for stress relief. All skill levels are welcome. Get in shape for the summer.
PILATES – Tuesdays, 11:20 a.m. – 12:20 p.m.
HATHA YOGA – Thursdays, 11:20 a.m. – 12:20 p.m.
Where: J.B. O’Keefe Fitness Center, STU
Registration is now ongoing at the O’Keefe front desk
Fees: - One class / week $50.00 (students $45.00)
- Two classes / week $80.00 (students $70.00)
- Drop in classes $15.00 / class (students $10.00 / class)
Instructor: Zsuzsa Szabo-Nyarady, Ph.D. Movement and Dance Educator. Fully certified Yoga and Pilates teacher.
