Class Descriptions:

Boot Camp - Mondays 12:00 – 1:00 P.M.

This is a high energy class which makes for a fantastic Monday workout! Focusing on cardiovascular strength, endurance, muscle toning, as well as abdominal and core strength you will feel every muscle the next day. This class will have you hopping, jumping and skiing your way through the cardio- a great way to burn those extra calories from the weekend!

Step & Toning - Tuesdays 12:30 – 1:30 P.M.

This high energy, intermediate step class includes cardio for the first half of the session with the second half focusing on resistance training. The resistance training will help tone muscles and abdominals. The combination of cardio and resistance training will help increase your metabolism, and burn off those calories.

Body Sculpt - Thursdays 12:30 – 1:30 P.M.

A full body workout, which will work all of your major muscle groups. While focusing on resistance training to strengthen and tone muscles, this class is designed to increase muscle strength and metabolism for quicker weight loss. You may not sweat hard in this class, but you will still feel your muscles working as Sabina takes you to your personal limit!

Yoga - Wednesdays 12:00 – 1:15

Iyengar yoga focuses on developing strength, endurance, correct body alignment, flexibility and relaxation.  With standing poses being emphasized, one builds strong legs, improves circulation, coordination, balance and an increase in general vitality.  Yoga can also be helpful for managing stress and relaxation.  Yoga is good for all ages and levels of physical condition.

Pilates - Tuesdays 11:25 – 12:25

Pilates exercises strengthens the deep torso muscles, create awareness of breath, promote good alignment of the spine, increase body awareness, build muscle tone and improve flexibility.  These classes will help to bring the body back into balance. Both new and continuing students are welcome to attend.

Pilates On The Ball – Thursdays 12:30 – 1:30

Join this course to strengthen your abs, improve your posture and find balance through Pilates exercises and through fun stability ball activities. Great for stress release and mindful conditioning.

Pilates and Hatha Yoga – Fridays 12:30 – 1:30

A gentle and energizing class that combines Pilates exercises and other movement disciplines. Learn to breathe deeper, hold poses longer, improve your level of fitness and increase core strength. This class objective is to provide a very positive practice that allows you to appreciate the wisdom of your body. All skill levels are welcome.

Yoga Dance - Sundays 1:30 – 2:30 P.M.

This is your chance to dance, stretch and get into shape. This class brings Dance and Yoga together in a hugely fun and energizing movement class. Experience a dynamic, creative and graceful way to enhance your range of motion, improve your posture and flexibility. Work with the energy systems of the body, the charkras, to create balance and healing. Breath-based movement, guided and spontaneous dance in a comfortable, non-judgmental atmosphere is designed for both experienced dancers and non-dancers of various skill levels. A joyful body, mind and spirit experience.
