St. Thomas students have the opportunity to participate, together with UNB students, in a wide variety of competitive intramurals. Activities in the intramural programme are offered through the UNB Campus Recreation Program in 3 units:

Men’s Intramurals
Ball hockey, basketball, ice hockey, indoor soccer, outdoor soccer, softball, flag football and volleyball.

Women’s Intramurals
Basketball, ball hockey, indoor soccer, outdoor soccer, softball, volleyball, and ice hockey.

Co-Ed Intramurals
Ball hockey, volleyball, ultimate frisbee, volleyball tournament, softball tournament, basketball tournament and dodgeball tournament.
