Academic Advising

Academic Advising is available to all students, from first year to graduation, and includes the following services: Tutoring, Workshops, Writing Service and Exchange Programmes.

St. Thomas athletes wishing to seek academic advising can contact Alison Belyea-Geddes. Alison works directly with the Athletics Department to ensure our student-athlete needs are met in this area. To arrange an appointment for advisement, athletes can email Alison directly at athleteadvisor@stu.ca

STUSAC

STUSAC (St. Thomas Student Athlete Council) is the ‘voice’ of all St. Thomas student athletes. Representing over 170 varsity athletes from 10 different teams, their primary goal is to advocate for student athletes to the Athletics and Recreation Department.

The purpose of the Sport Council is to promote and encourage participation in interuniversity athletics; to provide maximum publicity for Interuniversity sport program; to provide a forum through which interuniversity sports can express their ideas and opinions so as to promote communication between athletes and the Department of Athletics and Recreation; to lend support and to cooperate with any sport organization within the university upon request and to build ties with the larger community of Fredericton.
