The Tommies defeated the Algonquin College Thunder 64-47 in the Bronze semi-final Saturday afternoon. Hilary Goodine and Laura Anderson led the Tommies with 11 points each. The Thunder challenged the Tommies in the first quarter as they were up 15-14, however the Tommies went on a 18-4 run in the second quarter to widen the gap and they never looked back. The Tommies play Olds College at 6:00 P.M. tonight. Close

The game started tentative with the teams trading the lead four times. But the Tommies sprung to life and went on a 20-7 run in the second to take a comfortable lead.
