The Yellow Box Gallery and the St. Thomas University Fine Arts Department is pleased to present the exhibition "Clay Doors and Other Gold Keys: every layer a perfect chroma," by the Nova Scotia based artist Bruce Campbell.
Bruce Campbell has established himself as a leading Maritime artist, exhibiting his work throughout the Atlantic provinces and across Canada. His work can be found in the permanent collections of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, Dalhousie University Art Gallery, Saint Mary's University Art Gallery, the Canada Council for the Arts and in numerous private collections. Campbell originally attended the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design completing both bachelor and a master's degree in fine art before pursuing an active and diverse creative practice.

The exhibition Clay Doors and Other Gold Keys: every layer a perfect chroma offers a profile of Bruce Campbell's working method and creative process underscoring his unique aesthetic sensibility that reinterprets every day phenomena through the eyes of one of Canada's leading creative professionals.

There will be an artist talk in room 101 McCain Hall at 4 pm, November 14 followed by an opening reception at the Yellow Box Gallery on the 3rd floor of McCain Hall. All are welcome.  The exhibition will continue until January 30, 2014.
