Note: Due to the forecasted weather conditions for Sunday, May 13, 2012 (with a 60% chance of rain and cool temperatures – Environment Canada) and in the interests of the best comfort for all audience members, our Convocation will be held in the Aitken Centre.

Baccalaureate Mass: Chapel, George Martin Hall
(Dress: Academic gowns, no hoods) Graduates assemble in cafeteria, Sir James Dunn Hall 8:45am

Practice for graduates: Aitken Centre

Graduates assemble in South Gym adjacent to Aitken Center

Convocation Ceremony: Aitken Center

Please Note 
Family and friends of graduating students are welcome to attend Convocation, and we are not limiting attendance. However, due to the number of students graduating this year, we suggest that our graduates limit to four the number of guests they invite to Convocation. No pets please.

Your gown and hood must be returned to the Black Box Theatre immediately following Convocation. Your diploma will be available (provided your account has been paid in full) in the Black Box Theatre after you have returned your gown and hood. If you wish to purchase a diploma frame, the Alumni Association will be providing its annual framing service.

You are required to pay a graduation fee of $50 whether or not you choose to attend Convocation.
