St. Thomas does not offer off-campus housing, however, students who wish to live off-campus should visit www.frederictonstudenthousing.com. Many apartments are within easy walking-distance of the campus. Should a student decide to rent off-campus, please keep in mind that they will be responsible for deposits, rent and fulfilling the terms in rental agreements with the landlord. St. Thomas assumes no responsibility or liability for off-campus housing.
