Volunteers
Are you looking for ways to get involved on campus? Do you have spare time to devote to something valuable? Want to meet new people and help develop an open and inclusive service on campus at the same time? Come volunteer at the St. Thomas University Student Food Bank!
Whether you have five hours a week or one hour a month, there are many ways to get involved with the STU Student Food Bank. Help us organize an upcoming event, stock shelves once a week, pick up donations from one of our drop off locations on campus, assist with grocery shopping, or lend your energy to thinking up ways to improve the service and raise awareness of hunger in our community. We welcome all interested students, staff and faculty members to get involved—because we can’t run a food bank without you!
Volunteers are an integral part of the success of our Food Bank, and they also have a lot of fun! If you’d like to get involved or donate your time to the STU Food Bank, contact us at su_foodbank@stu.ca
