High School Students will receive a Residence Application with their offer of admission in the mail from St. Thomas University (no advance application is required).  If you do not receive a Residence Application with your admission package please contact the Residence Life Office at (506) 452-0578 or email residencelife@stu.ca

Once you have made your decision to come to St. Thomas University and to live in residence, fax or mail in your Residence Application, and residence down payment.  This will increase your chances of getting the type of room you want.  Do not wait until the last minute as rooms are assigned as the documents are received in the Residence Life Office.

Returning Applicants

St. Thomas University has a guarantee of residence hall accommodation for returning students. Residence applications are available in January and placement letters are mailed in March. Completed forms can be sent to the address below or dropped off to George Martin Hall Room 303 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.
